A detailed intermediate 6 month off to Preseason plan on how to train for track sprint cycling. The 30 week plan covers all your workouts in a detailed calendar. 21 workout descriptions are included and a few video examples from the Form of Sprinting 2! A basic strength plan for is also included for each month. Plan is PDF format, 15 total pages. Brief info on applying 20-30 power to target ranges on drills.
Month 1: Build Base Strength, Base endurance (for type 2 fibers) basic 5 sec upper & lower ranges
Month 2: Higher intensity strength, Paced speed endurance, and Strength endurance
Month 3: Increase strength capacity, 20-30 sec capacity, and specific 200/500 work
Month 4: Build Strength, 20-30 sec capacity, more specific 200/500 work, and specific speed work
Month 5:Reduce Strength Volume, capacity, specific 200/500/kilo/speed work & longer race fitness
